  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
  
  Go figure the only review is from the owner.
  
  I had a scheduled move out from 12-2:00pm, I didn't even get a call at noon to tell me they are not arriving. At 12:15pm, I called and they said they will be 2 hours late because of traffic. 2:00pm, they ignored all 10 phone calls. The second excuse was someone broke their leg and that I need to figure out the situation because it's not their fault.
  
  I call at 4:00pm, they transfer me to one of their "workers", and then I have to repeatedly call for customer service. At 4:15p, after numerous hangs ups, I finally get ahold of someone and for the third & final excuse, their car is in the shop and they cannot do anything about it. They refused to order a Uhaul. I said I would give them 30 mins to call me back. 4:45pm, no phone call, I call them and go figure they ignored all of my phone calls from three different numbers.
